We are the cosmetics distributor in Los Angeles, California, USA focusing on wholesales to Small Cosmetics Shops around the world. We have since 2001 distributed directly to hundreds of shops in Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Russia, UK, Canada, Chile, and Brazil.
We only sell online and DO NOT OPEN to public.
Even though we have a brick and mortar store but it’s only available to retailers. Due to the nature of the business, we have to keep ourselves invisible to protect our clients businesses. All of their competitors will not ever know the sources of their wholesale products.
All of our merchandise is authentic and well-known brands worldwide. Most of the product brands manufactured are now being restricted or limited in small quantity distributed to small markets. The priorities are being yielded to the big chain retailers such as Sephora, Walgreens, Wal-mart, Targets, etc. or having their stand-alone department stores (MAC, Victoria Secrets, for instance). We cannot always fulfill big quantities to wholesales momentarily with NYX, EOS, MAC, Maybelline, E. l. f, Boujoirs, etc. For large quantity orders, it would take approximately up to 3 weeks to fulfill.

Most of items you order are in-stock so you can have them quickly (you do not have to wait) but the prices are noticeably higher.

STEP 2: REVIEW and APPROVAL
We will review all information provided. Only applications with full details and sufficient required information would be approved. We will inform you of your status of approval and guidance to order via email.
STEP 3: BUYER GIVE LISTING ORDER TO GET QUOTE RPICE
Please submit your listing order by sending us an email or placing order here (on this website) by clicking ADD TO CART as usually.
If you do not find items in the website, please you can contact us at your convenience
Based on your volume of order and our current available supply quantity and capability, we will review and offer you our wholesale price.
Once agreed, buyer will make a required deposit.
STEP 4: DEPOSIT
Customers will be asked to make 20% deposit via PayPal or Wire Bank Transfer. We will be processing order right after your deposit has been received.
STEP 5: COMPLETE ORDER
Your order will be fulfilled within 3 weeks. We will send you invoice in order for you to submit payment. We can take pictures of items, package and ship to your Forwarder.
STEP 6: SHIPPING
Only after payment is received in full, your merchandise will be shipped out by UPS or USPS with tracking number.
We ship in the US continental states only. For this reason, having a US Forwarder to receive, inspect and handle all of the export processing such as custom clearance, shipping and delivery to your destination country is a must have.
We ACCEPT RETURN within 3 business days from the date of delivery to the FORWARDER. We do not accept return when the Packaged are shipped out of the USA.
Merchandise would only be eligible for return if proven fake or wrong items. In the unlikely event of mistake or wrong quantity, please promptly inform us so we can quickly fix this issue.
We do not accept return in case buyers change their mind.
